Busy Real Estate office seeking an exceptionally diligent, detailed, and highly organized transaction coordinator and bookkeeper. Real estate experience preferred. Bookkeeping experience required.  M-F 8:30am-5:30pm
Job Requirements:
? Knowledgeable of standard office machines, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
? Experience working on accounting software
? Prepare and reconcile daily and monthly bank accounts and credit card transactions
? Clear understanding of real estate contracts, reports and disclosures
? Data entry skills, general math skills, knowledge of banking procedures and payroll handling
? Require to maintain accounting ledgers and create monthly reports
? Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
? Strong communication skills
? Willing to work in a team environment
